Aniston has been a long-time follower of the Zone diet, which consists of foods that contain 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat. On a special day, we added homemade ice cream to the pie.” But quadruple heart bypass surgery in 2004 caused Clinton to swear off certain eating habits in an effort to live a healthier, longer life. Simple, but tasty.” The Daily Mail claims the mother of three uses a StairMaster for 45 minutes a day in her office as she takes calls.
