I am currently taking liquid antioxidants as food supplement under the presumption that it is much better than the ones in tablet form. Wow, I have been misinformed thank you for correcting it. I’m glad I stumbled upon this blog.

Over the past few years my body had suffered from all the vices and bad eating habits I had to put it through all these years. Thanks to my wife though I was able to bounce back and regain my health, she was the one who encourage me to change my lifestyle and detoxify. She would prepare healthy meals and watch over what I eat and drink.

Its our responsibility to ourselves to stay healthy and I admire people like you and my wife for urging others to live a healthy life, God bless you.

I recall all the TMZ and paps shenanigans she had to go through. Poor girl, its disgusting how the media would exploit a celebrity’s weight issue for profit. Great though that she was able to lose all that excess weight.

Yes, that’s me. You actually described my daily routine. Its tiring how I feel so haggard and tired even though I just got out of bed. I thought it was just stress but it seems that I need to really work on getting healthy. Thank you for all the info on natural body detoxification.
