Eating on the Abs Diet
One of the keys to success with the Abs Diet is the incorporation of twelve powerfoods into the Abs diet. These foods all have great nutritional value, and it’s easy to remember them using the acronym Abs Diet Power. They are:
- Almonds and other nuts
- Beans and legumes
- Spinach and other green veggies
- Dairy (low fat or fat free)
- Instant oatmeal
- Eggs
- Turkey and other lean meats
- Peanut butter
- Olive oil
- Whole-grain bread and cereal
- Extra-protein powder
- Raspberries and other berries
Another important part of the Abs diet is eating not three, but six meals each day. Eating frequent small meals can help satisfy hunger with fewer calories. It also boosts the metabolism and helps avoid cheating.
But perhaps the most popular aspect of the Abs Diet is the freedom to eat whatever you want for one meal each week. Dieters are not required to follow any of the diet’s guidelines for this one meal. It’s sort of a built-in splurge, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods on occasion without breaking the diet.


















The best six pack abs diet plan is…there isn’t one! It is all about how much you eat that matters the most when it comes to losing weight to see your abs, without taking into consideration your weekly caloric intake, you will never lose weight! That is period! You have to start off by focusing on what your main goal is, and from their you can change what you need to change to get abs out, let me repeat again, that the only way to reveal your six pack abs is by eating less, and sorting out your caloric intake! If you are eating more than you should, then you will never lose weight, and never see your abs, worst case being, you might even put more weight on! I am sure no one wants that, if you are not losing weight or gaining weight, then you are eating at maintenance, meaning you need to cut back on some calories in order to start losing fat from your body!
